In recent years, saving the energy of the electronic devices has been needed , because of the interest in the environmental problem. To develop the devices driven by the spin transfer torque, e.g. microwave assisted magnetic recording or STT-MRAM, analyzing the detailed magnetization dynamics is required. Because micromagnetic simulation can treat the magnetic material in nanometer resolution, this technique is effective to analyze these devices. However, the technique needs to long computation time. Reducing the computational costs remains challenging problem. In this report, we explain the speeding up of the micromagnetic simulation and examples for which the speeding up method is applied. |
