[Invited Talk] High-image-quality,High-resolution Camera with High Sensitivity up to 1,100nm

(in English) Near infrared (NIR) imaging, including spectral imaging, has attracted attention for their potential use in a wide range of applications. However, there are few reports on NIR cameras with high image quality and high resolution. Recently, Canon has developed prototype cameras which based on DSLR and multi-purpose cameras with high sensitivity up to 1100 nm and a prototype interchangeable lens with high transmission up to the NIR region. It was found that high S/N ratio spectral images up to 1100 nm can be obtained. We will show several results of component separation using NIR images, spectral images and multivariate analysis.
