本稿では，種々の心地よさのうち特に空間的心地よさの質QoSCに着目し，システム創成論的観点から，ITによるQoSCの向上とモビリティを議論している．本研究はメタ研究的研究であり，オープンな研究／開発／施策のテーマ論である．QoSCではモビリティの高度化と空間そのものの心地よさ（居心地）が重要であり，ITによるモビリティの向上，モバイル／インフラ協調動作MICOによるコンシェルジュ性の向上，生産・購買活動の高度化に言及している． |

This paper describes the quality of spatial comfort (QoSC) from the viewpoint of the systems innovation theory, in particular, the QoSC improvement by information technology (IT) and mobility. This research is a meta-research, and all the issues of research / development / policy themes in this paper are open. Mobility and comfort of the space itself are important for the QoSC. This paper refers to the mobility improved by IT, to the potential of concierge like performance improved by mobile/infrastructure collaborative operation (MICO), and also to IT in production and purchasing activities. |
