This paper is concerned with providing a simple algorithm for a computer simulation of electric field distributions to
keep a better quality of communications in relation to the hand over between a mobile station and base stations. The cell geometry
is assumed to be a honeycomb structure with a base station at the center of each regular hexagon, and it is also assumed that a
mobile station walks randomly among some cells. The incident waves from base stations and their reflected waves from a ground
plane are included to approximately compute the electric field distributions. Moreover the effect of buildings on propagation is
included and changed in each cell by the power of path distances based on the statistical propagation characteristics.
