人間の眼の特性をヒントに、シーンに応じて動作を切り替えることができる新たな撮像素子「Super CCD EXR」とそれを用いた撮像システムを構築した。このシステムは、高解像度・高感度・ワイドダイナミックレンジの特性を切り替えることが可能である。これにより撮影シーンに応じて最適な動作を選択することが可能となり、より人間の眼に近い撮像システムを実現することできた。 |

A CCD image sensor (named Super CCD EXR) and its imaging system, which can change their movements depending on shooting conditions, has been developed using characteristics of human eyes as hints. They are the switchable system between wide dynamic range, high sensitivity and high resolution mode. As a result of this, the most suitable mode can be selected depending on shooting conditions, like characteristics of human eyes. |
