Development of remote receiving system for microwave band FPU using Radio on Fiber technology

(in English) We made a prototype of transmission device which can put FPU-receiving RF signal up to 11GHz directly into optical fiber and using the device on a trial basis. If the device will be put to practical use, FPU base station system can be simplified, become easy to maintain them and lead to effective use of FPU receiver because head and cont units of FPU receiver can be placed in the operation center. As a result of experiment, the device can be of good use within about 15km. In this paper, we describe the design of experiment system, result of experiments and future prospects.
