In this study, we focused on evaluating business management by using the qualitative evaluation that cannot be determined from the corporation achievement value. We conducted feature analysis from consciousness gap between Manager and Employee. And we are conducting an investigation about the characteristic features that can lead a company to long existence and corporate growth. |
