A low interference multimodal sensor for pH and optical imaging has been developed, which can be obtained the two-dimensional pH and optical distribution in real-time. Using this sensor, the direct visualization of the physiologically active substance emitted from the cell and the number of cells and appearance are simultaneously acquirable. In this paper, the feature of the developed image sensor, the situation of development, and a future view are introduced. |
