In this paper, a Push-Push oscillator array using variable phase shift coupring circuit is presented. The oscillator array consists of a reflection-type push-push oscillator including variable phase shift coupling circuit. The variable phase shift coupring circuit consists of a rat-race cirquit and schottky barrier diodes. The phase shift between the output signals of the oscillators is achieved by the phase difference of the reflection coefficients of the coupring circuit.The basic performance of the oscillators array using two push-push ocillators is confirmed. |
