Generation of Stereo Images Using Image Inpainting Technique

(in English) This paper proposes a new 2D-3D conversion method to stereo images. A 2D-3D conversion method extracts a target object and generates stereo images by taking account into stereoscopic parallax. The proposed method inpaints the blank area of background caused by object extraction. Thanks to this feature, the proposed method serves the versatility in derivation of stereo images. This method is expected to implore the naturality of 3D scenes.
