Evaluation and application of contents perception characteristic for food image

(in English) When general users photo a food picture, users say "it is not like deliciously" or "it is not visible like food." Then, we are studying development of "the image processing technology for solving the problem of the food image picture which general users image " while solving "image visible like food" for a food picture. In this paper, proposal of the brightness Correction technique of a food image based on the amount of the food peculiar features and it which used the surface reflectance properties from the information acquired from vision in the case of perception of food, and examination are performed.
