In order to reconstruct urban landscape, we propose an efficient matching method of feature points for three dimensional reconstruction from multi-view images. Three dimensional reconstruction from images is one of the most important and central topics of computer vision. Many studies have been reported various methods regarding 3D reconstruction from a single perspective image, stereo-view and multi-view images, and video clips, and so on.
In this paper, we propose a fast method to improve the feature point matching performance for three-dimensional reconstruction from multi-view images. Our method increases the number of matching computation of feature points of multi-view images, even if the number of images is a couple and their viewpoints are moved widely. |
