Development and Introduction of Small Scale Automation for the Provisional broadcasters after the Great East Japan Earthquake.

After the Great East Japan Earthquake, the Provisional Broadcasters for disaster have been launched in the affected areas per Broadcast Act Article 3-5.
On the year end of 2011, AMAYA of Onagawa Saigai FM noted the thesis written by Ito, who experienced designing of automation system. AMAYA contacted Ito via SNS to know if there are Small Scale Automations applicable to broadcasting station of disaster.
Although Ito is not currently working at the play-out department, he is still studying the development of Small Scale and General Play-out Automations for a private organization.
Taking a social responsibility as a professional broadcasting engineer, Ito offered the Automation, MaitouAPC, at free of charge for the purpose of provisional broadcasting for disaster, and was installed. |
