[Invited Talk] High Speed CMOS Image Sensor and the Imaging more than 1M-10M fps

(in English) In this paper, recent high-speed CMOS image sensor technologies are overviewed, a 1Tpixel/s high-speed global-shutter CMOS image sensor which placed memories in the on-chip peripheral pixel region is described, and the images captured at a rate of more than 1M-1M fps using the image sensor are introduced.
