Accurate estimation of noise level is of fundamental interest in a wide variety of image processing applications as it is critical to the processing techniques that follow. Whereas many of studies have targeted a constant noise level model, this study has targeted a variability noise level model.The aim of this study is to estimate the noise level of each pixel from single image. This study makes use of a known statistical property of the model in achieving the aim. |
