Development of Sampling Moire Camera for Phase Analysis and Application to Real-time 3D Shape Measurement

(in English) A sampling moire camera was developed to measure two dimensional displacement of a structure in real-time by authors. Two-dimensional phase analysis can be performed from a single shot two-dimensional grating image using the camera. In this paper, the sampling moire camera is applied to a real-time 3D shape measurement. A phase-height table is produced at each pixel using a whole-space tabulation method. In this case, table is composed of several short-range tables and a wide range table. A real-time shape measurement system is developed using this method.
