(in English) This paper reports on the subjective assessment using mutiformat test sequences to estimate required bit rates for high definition video (1080/60/I and 1080/60/P) and ultra high definition video (2160/60/P) coded by MPEG-4 AVC, which was conducted by ARIB in the study of the advanced satellite broadcasting system in 2007 – 2008.
