Many type of linear antennas are used abundantly as antennas for mobile communications, Because This antennas are simple form and lightweight structure. A sleeve antenna has a broadband possibility especially. In this report, we will newly propose the sleeve antenna which is arranged two cylinder conductors of different diameter on the part of the radiation element which is the inner conductor which removed outer conductor of the quarter wave length and the part of the coaxial cable, and we will analyze about basic Characteristics of this antenna. This antenna mainly consists of a semi-rigid cable. The sleeves is loaded in the coaxial cable side and the radiation element side and electrically joined to the outer conductor near the feed point. Thereby, if it is adjusted the length and the diameter of each sleeves, it has been possible many resonance which leads to the broadband Characteristics exceeding 50% (VSWR≦2). |
