When you drive an automobile or a motorcycle, you will probably witness various damages in our roads. These damages (e.g. potholes, cracks, and ruts) cause punctures and tumble accidents. Thereby, an inspection and a repair for asphalt pavements has to regularly be performed, however, these are mostly done manually. The purpose of this study is to automatically detect the potholes which are the most dangerous of the damages. Therefore, we propose the Pothole Detection Algorithm. |
