Reduce computational complexity method based on GOP structures

(in English) HEVC/H.265 is intended to provide significantly better coding performance than existing video coding system. However, its computational complexity is very high. In this letter, we propose computational complexity reduction method by PU modes restriction of HEVC/H.265 based on GOP structure.
