In this paper, the mode-matching method in the sense of least squares was applied to analyze the transmitted solar power coefficient through semi-conductor slab of the solar cell with rectangular groove or sinusoidal periodic groove structure. From analyses, it was shown that forming that structure on the surface of semi-conductor slab increases transmitted power. |
