Uncontrolled interruptions caused by communication tools, such as email and short message, have a serious risk of intellectual productivity degrade. In this study, an uninterruptibility estimation method based on PC activity during office work, remote sharing of estimated uninterruptibility, and automatic mediation of remote communication including e-mail are described. |
