This paper proposes a lock-in pixel using a fully-depleted SOI pixel structure, which has high sensitivity for near-infrared light. The fully depleted structure also enables the high-speed detection and modulation of careers generated by near infrared light. In this paper, simulation results with a device simulator and preliminary evaluation results of the test chip
are shown. |
