(in English) The strong light absorption and visible light scattering is required for wavelength conversion phosphors for solar battery. In order to improve the excitation property in NUV region , we try to prepare nanoparticles YVO4 for Bi, Eu highly doping by microreactor with in-situ pH control and monitoring , in this study.YVO4:Bi,Eu nanoparticles wew prepared by remarkably stable pH using T branch mixer, which was shown 17% guantum efficiency
