The V-High multimedia broadcasting NOTTV service will be terminated as of the end of June, 2016, after about 4 years operation since April 1st, 2012. For providing new broadcasting service targeting smart phone devices, we have been developing various technologies, such as, the higher resolution video service compare to One seg, file based broadcasting service, new CAS (Conditional Access System) service for mobile receivers, full featured meta data services, touch panel aware data broadcasting, etc. This paper reviews how these V-High multimedia broadcasting technologies are designed and have been utilized in the actual services. |
