Accurate classification of distresses occurring in road structures is necessary in order to support maintenance inspection. In this paper, we propose a distress classification method which integrates multiple classification results in order
to accurately classify various kinds of distresses. The proposed method enables accurate distress classification by integrating
results obtained from multiple classifiers even if it is difficult to classify various kinds of distresses by only using one classifier.
Specifically, the proposed method trains multiple classifiers based on tag data and distress images recorded by inspectors of
road structures. Furthermore, the final classification results are obtained by integrating multiple classification results with
considering the performance of multiple classifiers. Consequently, by integrating the multiple classification results, realization
of accurate distress classification is expected. |
