[Technology Exhibit] Visualization of Ultra High-Speed Phenomena by 10 Mfps Ultra High-Speed Camera with Improved Photosensitivity of ISO 16000

(in English) In this paper, an ultra high-speed (UHS) CMOS image sensor which placed memories in the on-chip peripheral pixel region with improved photosensitivity and power consumption performances and a 10 Mfps UHS video camera adopted that sensor are demonstrated. Image capturing of UHS phenomena and sample images using the developed UHS video camera are described.
