Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) This paper introduces a fully-integrated wireless power transfer (WPT) system using wireless constant-idle-time control. In conventional techniques, the large off chip components are needed to regulate output voltage wirelessly. They can be removed with reporting techniques. Both wireless and local regulations are integrated efficiently with quick response in simple design. As a measurements result, a quick transient response and a peak total efficiency of 67.6% with up to 13.7% improvement can be achieved with wireless constant-idle-time control technique, when a distance is 6mm and meat is inserted between two coils for wireless power transmitting.
