Soccer Player Pose Estimation using Binary Mask

(in English) Most of pose estimation methods utilize spatio-temporal and texture information to produce approximation of human body size and direction. In this paper, we utilize only binary mask from a single image to estimate the pose of human object in soccer video. By defining restricted body joints and body parts structure, the proposed method utilizes the boundary of mask and generated skeleton from the mask to define the body joints and body parts structure. Compared to similar work, our method can estimate the self-occluded body parts as well as body parts for small objects.
