Low-latency Performance Improvement of IPDC Live Streaming Delivery System and Apply for Experiment in the Studium

(in English) In this paper, we report the performance improvement result of IPDC live-streaming delivery system and apply for demonstration experiment in the soccer stadium. This system provides a live streaming service by sending MPEG-DASH segments with IPDC. We have achieved delay reduction for IPDC live streaming system by MPEG-DASH segment length shortening and optimization of a process at delivery server and client application. And we applied this system to smart stadium demonstration experiment and provide new experience to visitors.
