At the Japan Broadcasting Corporation, the purpose is to grasp the needs of simultaneous television and online broadcasting, to confirm the delivery status of the distribution platform and related systems, the operational status of copyright management for Internet distribution and so on. We conducted the verification experiment of simultaneous television and online broadcasting “Experimental Provision B” in addition to catch-up service trial. The issues of viewer’s trends and operations to make use of the internet were examined. We introduce the outline of the system for these experiments. |
