(in English) We devised CLEAR (Conditionally Lossless Encoding under Allowed Rates) method to transmit high-quality audio signal with low-delay under limited network capacity, and a prototype of low-delay audio codec appliance was developed. This paper presents an outline of the prototype codec and the result of radio voice transmission experiment on a commercial line.
