We have developed a CMOS image sensor that achieves 8K4K resolution, 450ke- saturation signal, 60fps frame rate, by using Organic Photoconductive Film (OPF) CMOS image sensor technology and by newly developing "In-Pixel Capacitive Coupled Noise Canceller" and "Multiple High-Speed Readout Circuit". This sensor can be used in both rolling shutter mode and global shutter mode, and it can be applied to the imaging and sensing field where high resolution, high speed and high definition are required. |
