Real time wet hair simulation interacting with Eulerian Water

(in English) In this presentation, we propose an interactive hair simulation method considering interaction between water and hair. The proposed method approximates hair as a set of mass points and line segments, and reproduces the deformation of the hair style by controlling the movement of the mass point using a spring damper model. The behavior of wet hair considering real-time rendering is reproduced by the calculation of the influence of the water surrounding the hair by the simulation of the motion of the fluid based on Euler's solution.
