Since the surveillance camera is installed in various places for various purposes, there are cases where it is sometimes necessary to deal with a moving image with a large amount of coding distortion. In this paper, we experimented on the various conditions of threshold and denoising-filter intensity, to evaluate the accuracy of moving-object detection of video-image with serious distortion for encoding, and evaluate the condition with high accuracy. We also considered the efficient method of parameter decision. |
