Neural network using Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12 thin film for synapse

(in English) The neural network (NN) is an information processing model that imitate the human brains. We are conducting research to realize the NN with hardware. In this research, we aim to develop synapses specialized for low power consumption using BLT thin film which is a ferroelectric material. In the simulation, we confirmed learning with NN using ferroelectric material. In device evaluation, usefulness as synapses could be confirmed by electrical characteristics.
