Improvement of noise separation accuracy in image reconstruction in virtual phase conjugation based optical tomography

(in English) Virtual phase conjugation based optical tomography (VPC-OT) realizes single-shot three-dimensional (3D) measurement. In the VPC-OT, the signal is extracted by a low pass filter because the low frequency component is dominant. At that time, since noise is diffused in frequency, it cannot be sufficiently removed with a low-pass filter, which degrades the reproduction quality of the tomograms. Therefore, in this paper, we introduce the filtering which has the nonlinear response to the intensity of the passing light for improving the noise separation accuracy in image reproduction. Then to confirm the effects of the proposal filter, a simulation for reproducing the tomogram with the proposal filter in VPC-OT was carried out, and the results are reported.
