This paper proposes a method to retrieve similar inspection records using distance metric learning for supporting tunnel maintenance and management of subway tunnels.
In this paper, we utilize distress images that inspectors took in subway tunnels as inspection data and set inspection data with the same soundness as the retrieval target.
The proposed method newly defines distances between inspection data for retrieval via distance metric learning based on soundness that inspectors judged.
Since distances between inspection data with the same/different soundness become small/large, accurate retrieval of similar inspection data becomes feasible.
Experimental results for real inspection records verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. |
