This paper compares the characteristic of the character illustrations by extracting multidimensional feature values and visualizing them as a set of feature vectors. The paper discusses what types of similarities are properly represented in the visualization results. We expect painters of character illustrations can find what his illustration looks like from the viewpoint of illustration styles and compare the difference between their illustrations and their favorite illustrations. It will help the painters to resemble their styles as their favorite styles. |
