Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The purpose of this study is to clarify the influence on the texture evaluation of cloth by the presence or absence of visual information by comparing the results by performing two types of experiments of tactile experiments and visual tactile experiments using real fabric on a plurality of subjects. In particular, we examine the difference of the subjects’ background and the involvement of the knowledge of clothes. We did factor analysis of the results of two evaluation experiments and focused on the center of gravity position of the factor score for each fabric material in the fabric texture evaluation space and examined the influence of the evaluation by visual information and the difference of the subject’s attribute.
