新4K8K衛星放送の開始によりBS/CS-IF信号の周波数帯域が拡大され,既存の通信サービスへの干渉が課題となっている.このため,2018年4月には衛星放送受信装置における漏洩電力の技術基準が定められた.漏洩電力の基準は微弱なレベルであり,通常の測定手法では測定器の内部雑音の影響などにより,精度の高い測定が困難であるため,漏洩電力の技術基準に対応するレベルの測定が可能となる漏洩電力簡易測定器を開発した.前回の試作から測定レベルのダイナミックレンジの拡大などの改良を行うとともに,衛星放送波を受信した信号における性能を確認したので報告する. |

The frequency band of BS/CS-IF signals has expanded for 4K8K broadcasting. However, interference with existing communication services had become a problem. Therefore, in April 2018, technical standards for leakage power in satellite receiving equipment were established. Since the reference of the leakage power is low, it was difficult to perform accurate measurement due to the effect of the internal noise of the measuring instrument. In this paper, we developed equipment to measure radio waves leaked from a satellite broadcasting receiving system in accordance with the technical standards of leakage power. Also, we reported on the performance of the measurement equipment, which has been improved compared to that of the previous prototype, such as the expansion of the dynamic range of the measurement level. The performance was evaluated with received satellite broadcasting signals. |
