[Poster Presentation] Excitation and luminescent characteristics LaSiO2N:Eu red phosphors synthesized in NH3

(in English) Red Phosphor LaSiO2N:Eu has been synthesized in NH3 atmosphere. The synthesized sample shows a red emission due to Eu3+ and a broad CTS excitation band in the near UV. The CTS energy in this sample is about 3.43 eV, which is slightly lower than 3.51 eV of La2O2S:Eu. The photoluminescent (PL) emission intensity under CTS excitation is increased by about 64 times by the post-annealing in air increased. From the X-ray Absorption Fine Structure measurement, it is confirmed that the Eu3+ in the post-annealed phosphor sample is more than 90%.
