ZnAl2O4 thin films for deep UV emitting phosphor prepared by deposition of ZnO on sapphire substrates and thermal diffusion process at 1000 oC. The distribution of the emitting layer of thin films was analyzed from the relationship between the penetration depth of electron beam by increasing acceleration voltage and the UV emission intensity by cathodoluminescence. |
