Development of 2K/4K Multi-Format IP Transmission Device using Lightweight Compression

(in English) We are aiming to realize the remote production which makes the device management efficient and flexible by creating outside broadcasting program on the side of the broadcasting station. We have studied on the Multi-format transmission system capable of efficiently transmitting 2K/4K/8K video with one transmission device for realizing the remote production. And, based on this study, we developed the 2K/4K Multi-format IP transmission devices using light-weight compression. We report the result of evaluating the devices.
