画像の合成前と合成後とで前景物体の色が変化して見える色彩学的な問題点が知られているが，色彩学の観点からこの解決を試みる研究はまだ少ない．本報告では画像合成において色彩比を考慮して色補正を施すための一手法を提案する．本報告では特に，元画像から前景物体を切り取って別の背景画像に合成する際の明度，彩度，色相の差異によって発生する色の錯視をウェーブレット解析によって錯視量として算出し，色補正を行う．この色補正技術により，元画像の前景物体を別の背景画像に合成した際に色が変化して見える現象が弱まり，より自然に感じられる画像合成処理が可能になると考えられる． |

A well-known chromatic problem causes that humans may differently recognize the color of the foreground object before and after applying image synthesis. A small number of studies have addressed to solve this problem from the viewpoint of color science. In this paper, we propose a colorimetry-based color correction method for image synthesis. In particular, we apply the Wavelet analysis to calculate the amount of color illusion caused by differences in brightness, saturation, and hue when foreground objects are cut out of the original image and overlaid with another background image. This color correction technique is expected to weaken the illusion of color change when the foreground object in the original image is overlaid with another background image, and to realize more natural image synthesis. |
