High frame rate motion estimation for image sensor with controllable exposure patterns

(in English) We propose a high frame rate imaging method that can ensure sufficient exposure time for motion estimation under low light conditions, and a motion estimation method based on the block matching method for the proposed imaging method. In the proposed method, the frame rate is increased by shifting the exposure timing for each pixel, so the exposure time is not decreased. Therefore, it is expected to improve the accuracy of motion estimation in low light conditions. We confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed imaging method and motion estimation method by computer simulation.
