We are developing a selfie-ready near-infrared color fundus camera that does not dazzle the subject. We have been using a three-plate camera for the study. However, in this report, we introduce a single-plate image sensor suitable for the miniaturization of fundus camera systems. To develop a single-plate camera, we have fabricated a prototype image sensor and camera equipped with a mosaic Fabry-Perot bandpass filter for three wavelengths in the near-infrared region and evaluated the spectral response characteristics and other properties. |
