We have developed a high-resolution 508 ppi imager using low-temperature polysilicon thin-film transistors (LTPS-TFTs) on a plastic substrate together with organic photodetectors which has high sensitivity in wavelength of visible and near-infrared regions (NIR).
Using an NIR light source, both images of fingerprints/veins and pulse waves are successfully obtained.
By adding red light source, both red (660 nm) and NIR (850 nm) pulse waves are measured to calculate percutaneous oxygen saturation. |
