[Invited Talk] Time-Of-Flight Image Sensors -- An introduction on SP-type Multi-tap i/hToF Image Sensors --

(in English) A multi-tap indirect ToF image sensor that has a high-speed drain gate and detects short pulse (SP: Short Pulse) modulated light with a short gate pulse. In particular, the iToF sensor with more than three taps pixel, which can combine direct and indirect ToF measurement, is called a hybrid ToF (hToF) image sensor. It is suitable for high resolution range imaging in outdoor and med-to-long range applications.
