A Study of Autostereoscopic Transparent Display

There has been a lot of research on representation methods and presentation techniques that make images look as if they are real. These research results have made it possible to present high-quality images with high expressive power, such as a sense of depth and three-dimensionality. At the same time, however, there are new problems such as the unnaturalness of the observation environment and the presence of the display itself. In this study, we propose a method of presenting stereoscopic images that can be observed without any glasses using a transparent display that reduces the sense of presence, aiming to present stereoscopic images that blend into the actual space. |
